Brief Answer:
Please see detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for posting your query on Ask a doctor service.

It could be bloating of abdomen due to gas.
Also i would like to know few more details. Are there any associated symptoms like burning sensation/nausea/ vomiting ?. May i know your age? Are you on any other regular medication ?

Firstly, avoid heavy large meals, instead take small 5-6 meals. Avoid oily, spicy, fried foods, Drink plenty of water. Avoid tea, coffee on empty stomach. Avoid huge gap between each meal. Do not lie down immediately after eating. Regular exercise/walking for atleast 30 minutes a day.

I would suggest you to take Tab. Pan 40 mg on early in the morning on empty stomach for 7 days.

Hope this helps.
Please feel free to contact for any more queries.

Thanks,
Dr. Saisudha
