Brief Answer:
Seasonal allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Adarsh

Thanks for posting the query

After analyzing your query, I believe that the symptoms are related to seasonal allergic rhinitis. This is a type of nasal allergy that occurs during a particular season. Changes in climate, the release of pollens, activation of fungus, etc irritates the nose leading to a stuffy nose, sneezing, and running nose.

You would require the following medications to reduce your symptoms. Nasal decongestants (such as xylometazoline), intranasal corticosteroid nasal spray, and an antihistamine.

Apart from the above medications you need to follow preventive measures such as:
1. Avoiding those things which induce allergy
2. Drink frequent sips of lukewarm water
3. Get your vitamin D levels checked, if less then you should take supplements and do a sun bath for a few minutes every day.
4. Consume a healthy and wholesome diet to boost your immunity.

I hope with the above measures you should feel better. Revert if you have follow-up queries.
