I have gone through your query and have checked the attached report. An elevated ESR in.itself does not indicate anything. All parameters except for a slightly elevated LDL, are within acceptable range and if you are otherwise well, there is nothing that needs to be done about it.

A rise in ESR is a non-specific marker. It can rise in sickness but it's elevation does not essentially indicate that one in sick. In other words, it's significance is only in association with other parameters, both clinical and investigative.
