Question: One of my relative consulted a ENT specialist for a Tinnitus problem in her right ear. She is also a early stage breast cancer survivor(2nd year after detection). Looking at her history doctor straight away suggested a brain MRI and the report is attached.
They are yet to consult the ENT again with reports but request your inputs on the report and possible causes for her Tinnitus

Brief Answer:
Provide more details, visit to a neurosurgeon or Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The cause of tinnitus may be hypertension, vascular malformations, idiopathic or other.
The MRI is not very suggestive of any brain abnormalities except for a vascular loop on one side near vestibulocochlear nerve.
If the symptoms are unilateral towards left side then this vascular loop may be taken as the cause and operative intervention may help.
Bilateral symptoms may not be due to this.
Get blood pressure measured too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.
