Question: Got ekg today bpm 80 sinus rhythm - but showed
minimal right precordial repolarization disturbance

What does this mean diagnostic wise? (if anything)

It can mean several things – Mostly it is a Normal Variant / At times, Electrolyte disturbance / Conduction System disturbance / Right ventricular strain like Pulmonary Hypertension and so on.
See your cardiologist – get examined / do lab tests and ECHOcardiogram.
