Dry Skin Causing Deep Cut

Question: I am having dry skin patches on my fingers.
It starts with skin patches being dry and then cuts on the skin. becomes a deep cut with blood sometimes.

The dry skin patch is very itchy. A moisturizer works but it happens repetitively.

It is autoimmune disorder.
Use Heximar B cream in night and xerina cream in morning.
Use this combination for 1 month.
After 1 month Use plain Heximar cream in night and xerina cream in morning for 3 months.
