Brief Answer:
S Myeloma

Detailed Answer:
Dear MKn
I have seen the bone marrow study report. in this study they have collected some plasma cells from which FISH study was done which in your case is negative. To confirm Myeloma certain percentage of plasma cells is required to really label it myeloma which is not clear and after that the supportive tests for it like FISH, ABR etc.are done. Due to the presence of light chains an indication goes for S. Myeloma. Prognostically it is encouraging and does not need any specific treatment except conservative management and to be on follow up for any progression.
I am happy for your concern and i hope I am clear to you.
Truly.
Dr. Ticku
