Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

As a cardiologist , I would like to reassure you that your symptoms are not suggestive of any cardiac issues, considering your description of the pain.

In my opinion, this could be fibromyalgia or costochondritis.

Have you tried taking Tylenol? Does it help? What about warm local packs?

I don't think that you should worry about this pain as it is not typical of any cardiac issues.

From the other hand, your recently performed cardiac tests are very reassuring too.

So, I don't think that there is any need for further tests.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
This kind of pain is a typical musculo-skeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This pain is clearly musculo-skeletal, maybe a stretched muscle, maybe costochondritis.

But, I would exclude any cardiac issues for sure!

So try to relax and don't worry about it!

I recommend having some rest, taking Tylenol and local massage, maybe with a painkiller ointment.

Hope to have been helpful

Please let me know in case of further questions!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
