Question: Dr,
I am 32 year old, was have headache for 1 year, Dr have diagnosed the complaints as Papilledema, currently I am under medication, Please let me know the possible complication of this condition , even under medication.

I have noted your clinical details. I am assuming your MRI was normal and you have been diagnosed to have benign (or idiopathic) intracranial hypertension. This condition responds well to medical treatment such as diamox and omnacortil. There would be no complication in people who take medicines. In those who do not take medicines, there is a risk of losing vision.
