Brief Answer:
These are what is called as Pearly Penile Papules (PPP)

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and photographs that you have posted you seem to have what is called as Pearly Penile Papules (PPP).

These very benign in nature and are common in uncircumcised males and no cause for their formation is known .

PPP are not acquired nor transmitted through sexual activities .

They do not require any active treatment and usually fade away spontaneously.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Needs to get examined by qualified Urologist in person.

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for update .
The photographs reveal very faint whitish patch on the glans penis however in absence of any lesion on foreskin it is very difficult to be certain about what is called as Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (BXO) which is also called as Penile Lichen Sclerosus.

I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination in person and monitor ie at frequent intervals of every three months

You may try topical steroid cream for local application and observe for any change after 2-3 weeks .

Thanks and Regards.

Dr -- respectfully, my condition appears to be different than what you have diagnosed

1. On top of the penis - on the surface - there seems to be some discoloration

2. a small circular shaped portion - of the surface of the penis - appears to be white - whitish - of a lighter complexion - like a blemish

3. It is most visible in certain angles and with certain lightening conditions

4. if you look closely at the pictures - I have tried to use an 'arrow' & 'circle' - to isolate/point to the location on the surface of the penis where the discoloration appears.

Picture number 3 & picture number 4 are most helpful.

5. the discoloration is circular in shape & it is approximately the size of a pea

6. Thank you for your input

Dr -

1. I visited my general physician who examined me

2. he stated that although there is some white skin discoloration at that spot -- the skin surface itself is smooth & the skin surface is not altered in any way -- than the surrounding skin on the penis

3. I asked him if I should see a specialist - he suggested that I can if I want to but its probably not necessary

Thanks,
doctor

apply topical steroid cream for week and take a call to consult Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up

Since the lesion is very faint (may be in early stage) it require to have clinical examination in person and close watch at the lesion to be precise .Hence I have suggested you to consult qualified Urologist or Dermatologist .

You may try topical steroid cream for 1-2 weeks and then take a call whether to take second pinion or not

Thanks and Regards.
