Question
Hi,

Hi,

I was wondering if you could tell me about my sperm analysis results. My partner is 41 with a FSH of 24 and Estradiol of 25. Doctors said she had a 1% chance of conceiving with her own eggs. She is on Clomid now and doing DHEA. Can you tell me what the percent difference would be in trying to conceive with my sperm vs a sperm donor who has a count of over at least 20 million/millileter in each vial after washing (36 million motile cells after thaw). We would be doing an IUI over about 4 to 5 months. Thank you! I had two low numbers in the analysis - does that mean I have a low count???

Brief Answer:
Very low fertility

Detailed Answer:
the fertility of your female partner is very low. hence a better semen will not make major difference in conception rates. you may try donor eggs . you may stick to your current plan of IUI and later think about it. conception looks like a remote possibility on women with FSH 24. was it repeated? if not pl do again
