I have had first sex with wife after 6th day of her period that time she hurt little bit & blood stains were found on my penis that means she was virgin or that stains were of MC bleeding please advice

It is not possibly to say whether it is menstrual blood or blood as result of hymen tear.

Generally how many days girl bleeds after MC
After hymen torn how long girl bleed & how is blood flow
Hymen traces are remain there or that part disappear
After that during regular intercourse after 4th day of her mc blood doesn't come
Her two Brest slightly sagging on left towards arm respectively it is normal
I am confused pls advice

Active motile 5%
Sluggish motile 20%
Dead 75%
Abnormal head 5%

Leucocytes occasional
Can I concive normally if not suggest medicine
Wife reports are normal

Hymen tear -- may be 1 to 2 minutes. Very little blood flow.
As said earlier Female virginity cannot be measured or proven from a physical examination or test.
Hi the semen volume is on higher side usually it will be around 2 to 5 ml, but here it is 9 ml, so there is chance that the urine might be mixed. So I would ask you to repeat the semen analysis after 15 days with 3 days of sexual abstinence.
I would suggest you to repeat the semen analysis and then we will be able to comment.
In here motile sperms are less and even there is presence of pus cells. So the sample might not have collected properly and other possibility is genitourinary infection.
