Brief Answer:
Get the beta hcg test done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
If you have had unprotected intercourse on 18th feb , you were well within your fertile period then. And if he has ejaculated outside over the hips and outside the vagina , though the chances of pregnancy are less , but there is a likelihood that even pre cum which may have been ejaculated inside vagina can cause pregnancy.

So if you have not taken any emergency contraceptive on 18th after the intercourse, then you should ideally get a blood serum beta hcg test done to check for hcg levels. If the hcg levels are high and the test is positive, pregnancy is confirmed. But if the levels are less than 1, pregnancy is ruled out completely and then you can wait for at least 15 XXXXXXX post missed periods without fear to allow your menses to resume naturally.
But first get the serum beta hcg test done.

Ejaculation took place on hip line or maybe some part of the sperm would have entered the hip line .
There was no direct contact or no ejaculation on vagina or near vaginal area...
Still should i undergo the test yold by you or wait for a day or so ?
And if tests come positive then can abortion or any other step be taken ??

Detailed Answer:
hello,
the concern is the pre cum , which also contains sperms .
But if you say that there was no penetration inside the vagina and he just ejaculated over the hip line then the chances are minimal for pregnancy.
In that case you can wait for a week to see if your periods return. If not, then you may undergo the test .
If the test comes out to be positive , then there are safe methods available for terminating the pregnancy under supervision at a registered MTP center.

Ok .and from where should i undergo this test ??
IS IT a general test from a lab or a specific one??
And do i need to give only my urine sample in it ..??
Do i need a prescription from a doctor before undergoing this test ?

Brief Answer:
serum beta hcg test

Detailed Answer:
The serum beta hcg test is a blood test and more specific and sensitive than the urine pregnancy test.
You can go to any diagnostic lab and tell them that you want a serum beta hcg test done.
you need not take a prescription for the same.

Does the intercourse i had on 18th that was only ejaculation on hip line lead to hormonal changes due to which menses get delayed or skipped ??
already my last period was 27th XXXXXXX and now its 28th feb and month end so is there any risk involved or other reason for delay in menstural cycle ??
And should i get the serum beta test done by 2nd March for accurate results ??
And i have cramps before going to the washroom and need to go 3 times a day atleast .. Is there any risk ??

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Firstly , ejaculation over the hip line cannot affect the hormones and cause delay in menses. They are absolutely not related.
Secondly you had sex on 18th feb , hence serum beta hcg can be detected in case of pregnancy from 25th feb onwards. There is no hard and fast rule that it has to be done on 25th itself , but that it should be definitely done after that, as it is a blood test and not a urine test .
if you wish to do urine pregnancy test , then that you should do only after 6th march ( 7 days post missed period).
Thirdly , if you are getting mild abdominal cramps and increased frequency of urine , then these may be possibly due to premenstrual syndrome or PMS which would indicate that your menses are to ensue in next few days probably if pregnancy is not there. Hence i suggested that you should get the test done early. But now if you want to wait for few days to see if your menses return naturally, then thats fine as well.
Onset of menses shall rule out pregnancy naturally.
regards
