Brief Answer:
It won't help much

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.com.

I have read your query and understood your concern.

Psoriasis of feet and hands has a remitting and relapsing course.
I usually advise my such patients to apply high potency topical steroids in combination with salicylic acid like halovate- S ointment twice daily to start with over the lesions.
Along with good amount of moisturizer is applied to avoid dryness of the skin.
You may take cod liver oil containing preparations daily for around 2weeks continuously orally.
But topical squalene fish application won't do much.
Avoid scratching the area.

As per details, it is my best advice for you.
If you have any further query ,you may ask me.
Good luck.
