Brief Answer:
This can get better. Lansoprazole doesnt usually do it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Lansoprazole doesnt usually call bowel incontinance.. there must be some other reason like merve issues or bad indigestion or irritation of the gut.

I will suggest you to use fibre diet and non acid and low spice diet for some days t make your stools get solid. You can use lansoprazole when ever you want its dose doesn't need to be reduced.

Fibre will cause you stool to get solid and bulky this might make the incontinence better. Loose ..spice filled and irritating stools worsen incontinance by irritation of the anal sphincter.

If it still doesn't get better you should visit your gastroentrologist for complete evaluation. Although i will ask you not to worry this thing can be sorted out and cured easily without any exprected big internention.

I hope this answered your question, a
if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regrads.
