Brief Answer:
Attention to diet; Oral biotic and saw pametto Ex.; Antidandruff shampoo

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images

I will keep a possibility of telogen effluvium along with androgenetic alopecia as the reason for increased hair shedding as reduced density. Weight loss may be one of the reasons for telogen hair loss, as is lack of proper food intake.
I suggest you to consume a wholesome diet which is adequate in carbohydrates as well as rich in proteins. Hair is all protein (keratin).
Besides, I also suggest you to use an antidandruff shampoo regularly, if you have dandruff. Dandruff is one of the leading causes of increased hair shedding. You may use Sebamed's Antidandruff shampoo, every alternate days.
Besides paying attention to diet, I would also suggest an oral Biotin supplement e.g H-vit forte tablet once daily for at least 4-6 months as well as an Oral Saw palmetto extract supplement e.g Tablet Androanagen, also for 4-6 months.

Brief Answer:
Can expect good results with treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. You don't have to worry about baldness. I have reviewed the Images and I assure you that you won't go bald anytime soon.
Regarding recovery of lost hair, I must tell you that treatment for hair fall is long term and results are usually appreciable in about 3-6 months (I suggested you to take treament for at least 4-6 months). Therefore, if you start treatment and continue long term as advised you can expect things to reverse to reverse in about 9-12 months.
