Brief Answer:
Yes, it can be taken 2-3 times per day.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Bhatta Charyya, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on Health Care Magic.
I had gone through your question.

Vertin (Betahistine) is effective in the treatment of mild vertigo (dizziness). I usually prescribe it 2-3 times per day.

However, I would advise you to consult an ENT doctor to find out the actual cause (like inner ear problems) if any. Generally it is a safe medication, however it can sometimes cause milder side effects like headache, insomnia, nausea, gastritis, and some other symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I will be glad to answer.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
It appears to be benign positional vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Dear Bhatta Charyya,
Hi & Welcome back to Health Care Magic.
Thanks for your reply, noted the contents.

Since you have already being examined by an ENT doctor and test like Electronystagmography (ENG) turned out to be normal, it seems to be a beningn positional vertigo. It is the most common type of vertigo which may occur when you move your head in a certain position while walking.

So, continue the treatment as prescribed by your treating ENT doctor.
Hope I could answer your query.

Wishing you best of your health.
Regards
