Does Intake Of Tylenol Help In Curing Flu And Sinus Infection?

Question: I am currently taking APO_Citalopram 30mg at night (for OCD+Anxiety) and 7.5mg Zopiclone for sleeping. I have a Dr's appointment tomorrow as I think I have flu and a sinus infection. Can I take Neo Citron or Tylenol for the Flu and Sinus.

I got into my Doctor earlier and was prescribed SDZ-AZITHROMYCIN for possible sinus infection, is this ok to take with my other 2 meds?
