Question: Have had ears syringed this week and have been told by doctor I have some inflammation and been given sofradex is this OK to use so soon after syringing and how long to see an improvement

1. Since there is inflammation as expected and now confirmed by your doctor, it is fine to take the sofradex drops, preferably under the cover of a broad spectrum antibiotic.

2. It should take 2-3 days for the medication to work, otherwise a review is advised.The symptoms should subside accordingly.
