I read your question and i understand your concern. Gabapentin does not cause bladder cyst and tendonitis along with myalgias are very rarely reported in only a few cases out of 1000 using gabapentin. So you should not be worries. However keeping an eye on the symptoms and consulting the doctor if any out of the blue symptom show up, would be wise.
