Does Intake Of Ethinyl Estradiol And Norethisterone Affect Pregnancy?

Question: I am late 9 days of my periods .. Test came negative
Doctor gave me ethinyl estradiol and norethisterone tablets .. But I have sever cramping , dizziness and lower abdomen pain and feeling pregnant ..
Will these tablets affect if there is pregnancy

When can I retest pregnancy.. And can pregnancy occur as I have irregular periods
Doesn't on 9th day test could come out positive as I've done it at 12:30 pm today
