Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Stress associated with the thought of being inflicted with either insulin resistance or PCOS can lead to insomnia. However , direct causation of insomnia by Insulin resistance or PCOS is unlikely. Sleep aid medication can be advised after due consultation with a psychiatrist who can ascertain in a XXXXXXX mental state exam , any associate anxiety or depression and tailor the behavioral therapy and / or medication accordingly. Try to keep a fixed routine for sleep. Avoid tea/coffee near your sleep timings. Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. Smoking and alcohol should also be avoided. These simple life style modifications can also help.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
