Brief Answer:
Your urologist is right, it might be related to constipation or diarrhoea

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am
I really appreciate your concern
your urologist is right, chronic and recurrent UTI especially resistant E coli

Diarrhoea can lead to urine infection due to close proximity of the anus and vagina

I would advise you to take lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and dietary fiber supplements which increases the roughage and helps in relieving constipation.

Here I would like to know why are you taking oxycodone?
Have you been tested for constipation and diarrhoea like thyroid function test, liver function test and stool test if yes than upload me the reports.

In my opinion you should get urine culture and sensitivity test and you may require a course of antibiotics according to the reports.
you should take plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration which will also help by flushing off the urogenital tract.

Hope this answers your questions
