Brief Answer:
Complete abstinence of tobacco is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic.
I really appreciate your concern.

Prolonged and heavy tobacco consumption can lead to submucosal fibrosis which can lead to incomplete opening of mouth.

Since your dentist have examined it so early changes might have set in, so I would advise you to stop tobacco consumption in any form.

In early stage it can be reversed by regular physiotherapy and antioxidants.

I would advise you to follow these guidelines

Start physiotherapy with mouth opening exercises,
Multivitamin supplements like Cobadex , 1 cap daily after breakfast for 1 month
Complete abstinence of tobacco is required
Avoid spicy and junk food

Here, I would like further information to guide you better

Since how long and how much are you chewing tobacco?
Do you also smoke?
Relevant medical history like diabetes or any other disease or if you are taking any medicine?

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.

Waiting for your reply
Best wishes
