Brief Answer:
Surgery may shorten penis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have seen the picture you have uploaded and the curvature does not look very bad. While it would be impractical for us to tell you that you have a normal penis, the curvatue ideally should not prevent you from having normal inyercourse especially if you have no pain or any palpable plaque like lesion which could progress.
Surgery for correcting this disease known as chordee is easy but has the disadvantage that it could shorten the penis, and is probably not required at this stage.
Hope I have been of help.
Regards.
