I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sciatic nerve is not associated with bruising.
Skin changes may occur due to nerve injury related ulcers.
Aspirin may cause bruising due to platelet dysfunction.
Any history of trauma, fever, swelling?
Get blood investigations like platelet counts, Prothrombin time with INR and liver function test.
