Brief Answer:
Earache with vomiting

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Ear infection like labyrinthitis or a complicated mastoiditis can cause both ear ache and vomiting. Both the symptoms can be unrelated too. My advise is you should get her examined by an Ent specialist and if Ent examination is fine than a physician opinion must be taken.
Give her paracetamol for pain.
Any history of ear discharge?
Any history of nasal congestion or throat infection in the recent past?
Any other symptoms like fever or nausea or gastric upset?

Take Care!
