Brief Answer:
Regarding use of MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

An MRI is useful for evaluating pathology or alterations of soft tissue structures that are deeper and therefore not accessible to human view. Open pores Or large pores is a superficial and a normal anatomic variation so that would not be reported or detected in an MRI.

Brief Answer:
Regarding skin analysis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

You may simply go for a visit to a clinic. Most of the time clinical examination is sufficient to guide a doctor regarding further management. A skin biopsy is rarely done on face unless there is a real need for it and if it is going to influence treatment. Your dermatologist may in addition to clinical examination may also do a skinscope examination which is a wood's light examination in a dark room and displays certain signs more clearly like pigmentation and its level (epidermal or dermal).
