Does A Lump On Testis Indicate Hernia?

Question: hello

i want to know the probability of these symptoms to be hernia

when i stand up and wear heavy jeans pant the following happens to me
1 some mass appears over my right testis
2 big pain like pressure over my right testis
feel bery hard breathing

note that i did doppler on testis and as per many doctors it is good with no varicocele or inflmation

also please mote my best position is when sleeping or sitting one ground or sitting on chair and my legs up on desk and also when i take off my clothes and sit downm
