Brief Answer:
Send reports of tests done till now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX and welcome to HCM.
Sperm count of 20 million/ml.is required to have a pregnancy.
Hope you have been examined by an Urologist, and hormonal tests like FSH,LH,PRL,testosterone have been done. It's also essential to have a scrotal doppler Ultrasound scan done.According to the reports,if there's a cause for the low sperm count, it'will need to be treated.Ensure your penis skin doesn't touch the semen collecting container or bottle, as it will show up in the report as staphylococcus infection.Infection is not the cause of your infertility.
After the basic tests reports are seen, i can advise regarding further management as an Urologist.
Do feel free to contact me with the reports.

Brief Answer:
Need all tests including hormone assessment to know the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Unless all the test reports as I've mentioned are ot available, it's difficult to answer your question as an Urologist.
Artificial techniques for fertilization are possible, even with counts as low as 2 million/ml.

Do contact me if you've your reports.
