Brief Answer:
you can take it

Detailed Answer:
hi,

Taking XXXXXXX at the same time as tacrolimus and mycophenolate has not shown any interaction. drugs like Dextromethorphan, Meperidine, Pentazocine, Tramadol may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome (a potentially dangerous condition caused by having too much serotonin in your body). So i think it is safe for you to take it

but it will be a good idea to check tacrolimus levels 15 days after starting the dose.

Out of medications listed here, we do know that diltiazem increases tacrolimus blood levels and i am sure your doctor must be monitoring that.
also i want to emphasize that combination of fenofibrate with atorvatastin in patients who have higher than normal creatinine level can lead to increase in serum creatinine levels. so should be monitored for same.

best wishes

Brief Answer:
No interaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I did a recent search on pubmed . No reports to suggest any interaction.

In any case it is only just amino acid compound and not likely to interact with immunosuppression medicines.

Best wishes
