Brief Answer:
Rh negative

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply

1. Rh negative status is not to be worried so much as generally nothing goes wrong so early.

2. Since this is your first child dont worry much as there is not much risk.

3. As every pregnant woman you need an ultrasound scan at 12 weeks for diagnosing nuchal Translucency (NT) to identify any mental retardation in child especially down's syndrome.

4. You will need another ultrasound scan at 20 weeks to check anomalies in baby.

5. If baby's blood group is positive after birth you might need an injection called anti D.

6. Please follow above instructions under guidance of your obstetrician.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards
