Hello,

Parkinson's is a condition that affect neurotransmitter (dopamine) in brain which can very well lead to changes in personality, thinking, decreased memory, and even depression. At times medications used to treat Parkinson's can cause agitation and psychosis.
Depending on the personality changes that occur, the dosage of medications will need to.be adjusted. If mood issues and depression are present, adding an antidepressant can also help.
