Brief Answer:
there is a potential interaction that may or may not cause problems

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is a possible interaction between pantoprazole and plavix.

Pantoprazole acts by affecting a particular enzyme (chemical ) called cyp2c19. This chemical is involved in the breakdown of plavix.
When plavix is broken down, the chemical formed from the breakdown is then responsible for preventing clots from forming.

By possibly affecting the breakdown of plavix, pantoprazole can possibly reduce the effects of plavix.

There are some persons who may not have a noticeable affect and this may the case for you.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
