Brief Answer:
Yes can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Nyquil is an anti allergic OTC drug for cough and cold and has no interactions with Bactrim and Keflex.
So, can be taken with them. However it causes sedation , drowsiness and some people can also be allergic to it.
So, i would recommend for you to seek your doctor's opinion while taking so many medicines.
There is no extra advantages for taking two antibiotics like Bactrim and Keflex for the purpose of common cold.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
