Musli is an ayurvedic/herbal preparation. Better to take it after consultation with some ayurvedic/naturopahy doctor. No specific clinical trial have confirmed its effectiveness but probably no side effects as it is herbal product. Some local studies have shown its effectivenes but it is not FDA approved.You can take it and see the effectiveness.

But here question is that if your problem is started after starting propranolol why should not replace propranolol with some other drug for blood pressure.As you need to take treatment for blood pressure almost life long.Please discuss with your physician regarding that.
