Brief Answer:
May cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

Morphine rarely causes abdominal bloating due to delayed gastric emptying.
So the swelling you have mentioned could be due to abdominal bloating which increases after taking food and may reduce a little later.

Only with physical examination I can tell for sure whether the swelling is due to bloating, fluid accumulation or fat.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
