Levothyroxine is typically continued lifelong when the person has been correctly diagnosed with a permanently underactive thyroid condition called Hashimoto's thyroiditis causing hypothyroidism.
So regardless of whether you are taking any other medication, levo thyroxine must be continued, provided you have hypothyroidism.
