Question: Hi Dr, my girlfriend was talking Regestrone from 19th September 2023 to delay her periods. ( Her due date 26th September 2023 ) ,but we had unprotected sex on 27th September ( she is continuing with her regestrone) , should she take ipill to avoid pregnancy?

Hello,
As per your description the due date was on 26th so she was safe period and ovulation had happened couple of weeks back.
So no need to take ipill, but if she had history of irregular periods better to take ipill after stopping regesterone.
