Brief Answer:
Probably side effect of Bentyl

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Flagyl usually does not cause drowsiness. Drowsiness is known with Bentyl, I recommend that you stop Bentyl and see for improvement. Diziness, light headedness and blurring of vision are well known side effects of Bentyl.
You can take Tylenol instead or Tab HYOSCINE BUTYLBROMIDE for the cramps.

If you are still facing problems of dizziness and you have already taken three days dose of Flagyl you can stop flagyl and meet your GP to switch over to Tinidazole or ornidazole instead

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
