Duoloton - L is a hormonal pill, it is generally prescribed as oral contraceptive , however it can be used to regulate irregular periods, and to treat small functional cysts of the ovary.
Can you please upload the ultrasound scan showing the cyst ?
I will be able to explain better then.
Also, please do not worry.
This tablet does not have any long term side effects.
If there is no other problem in conceiving, then she will be able to conceive after finishing the course of tablets.
Since she is already 35, and you have been trying to conceive for 6 months, you should now actively start treatment and investigation for this problem.
After she takes this tablet for 21 days, please wait for her next period.
On day 2 of the period, please get following tests done -
1. Baseline ultrasound scan to see if the cyst has resolved.
2. Hormonal tests - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS , AMH, Free Testosterone.
Next go for a cycle of follicular monitoring.
This involves daily or alternate day scanning from day 7 of the cycle, till ovulation ( rupture of the egg ).
Remain sexually active around the time of ovulation.
If 3 cycles of follicular monitoring fail, more intensive therapy such as IUI / laparoscopy / IVF maybe needed.
Also please get a semen analysis done next month, along with the other tests for your wife.
Ask her to take regular folic acid tablets, and maintain ideal weight.

Thank you so much for your response and Soothing words.
I've uploaded my wife's scan report and images. Please have a look and share your thoughts. (Able to upload in profile tab).
I've also done the semen analysis test which shows less count. I'm taking the following medicine,
1. CoQ Forte Cap's
2. Enphene tab
3. Lineator Cap's
4. Enova-M
Doctor suggest me to take these tablet for two months.
Now start the confusion for both (Myself / Mywife)
As you aware she is taking Duoloton - L tab (21 days). Now if we both in contact will it possible for her to conceive. If not what could be the possible reason for not been conceived 1) due to my low count 2) due to her intake of Duoloton -L tab.
Another question is how periodically I need to check the semen test for count increase. OR do we need to wait for 21 days for her to complete the tablet OR After seeing the semen analysis which indicates the increase in count, after that only we need to be in contact to achieve the result.
Please share your thoughts/advice in this regards.

I think you need to consider ART ( Assisted Reproductive Technology ) because there are 3 problems here - age, semen report and the endometriotic cyst.
