Does Cymbalta Interact With Trintellix, Tramadol And Triazolam?

Question: Possible side effects or drug interaction when starting cymbalta while taking 10 to 20 mg of trintellix and possible serotonin toxicity also take anxiety drug, tramadol and spirits along with triazolam at night.

Hi,

There is a possibility of serotonin syndrome. To me, this is a serious condition and I will suggest that you do not attempt taking the medications together. You must stop trintellix at least 1week before starting with cymbalta.
