Does Combiflam Interact With Crocin?

Question: can meftal or combiflam be given with crocin to a 14 yr old child? she has 104 fever and her head is aching real bad. The crocin does not seem to be enough.

Yes, you may give it once together

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You may use combiflam after use of crocin once, but don't give it together thereafter. Repeat combiflam after 6-8 hours if required. You may use Meftal P as second line drug if she doesn't respond to combiflam.

Give cold sponging for relief of fever episodes as well.
