Brief Answer:
Your symptoms may be caused by Brintellix.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Brintellix is used to treat depression. These medicine can cause (as all medicines) side effects like: nausea, constipation, vomiting, dizziness, decreased interest in sex.

To reduce the risk of side effects your doctor directed you to start this medication at a low dose and gradually increased your dose.

However your symptoms are probably caused by serotonin syndrome. Excessive accumulation of serotonin in your body is the reason.

It often occurs during increasing the dose. You may feel confusion, anxiety, headache, rapid heart rate, twitching muscles, nausea or vomiting, lack of energy.

If you can not handle with the side effects your doctor should change the medication causing your problem. However you can not stop taking your antidepressant suddenly. Do not stop on your own.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
