Lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor class of drug ,dry cough is one of the most frequently encountered side effect of this drug.

Losartan and Olmesartan belongs to the same category of drug called AT1 antagonists , constipation is seen in few patients on these drug.

I would like to suggest you

1) Amlodipine- is a Dihydropyridine group of Calcium channel blocker,
It's a very safe anti hypertensive and drug of choice for most of the elderly patient ,most common side effect of amlodipine is pedal edema(swelling around ankle) ,in patient encountering this side effect we use an enantiomer of amlodipine called S-AMLODIPINE which does not cause pedal edema ,depending on your blood pressure your cardiologist is going to start you with initial dosage of 2.5mg or 5mg once ; which can be increased to 10mg doses(depends on how your body responds to it),though calcium channel blockers can also cause constipation but its a very rare ,diarrhea is not a side effect of amlodipine.

2)Chlorthalidone group of thiazide diuretics can also be used ,constipation and diarrhea is rarely encountered in their case.

3)Beta blockers ( cardioselective betablockers like Metoprolol,Carvedilol and Bisoprolol are very safe drugs which can be used in hypertensive patients,they have the advantage that they are cardioselective in nature.Though not recommended as first line anti hypertensive, yet it can be used

4)Nitrates are venodilators and reduces the preload of the heart(dilates vein and hence reduces amount of blood returning to heart) ,not a first line antihypertensive ,yet long acting nitrates can be used safely for hypertension.

Bloating and constipation can also be treated by proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and rabeprazole ,lactulose can be taken at night time for smooth motions.

you can discuss these options with your cardiologist, these drugs can be started alone or in combination ,which depends on your blood pressure and response of your body to these medications.
