Brief Answer:
amoxicillin is more appropriate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

if you have to choose between these two antibiotics then amoxicillin sounds more appropriate. Ciprofloxacin is better suited for urinary tract infections or pulmonary infections caused by Pseudomonas in patients with bronchiectasis.

Something to consider is whether you need an antibiotic or not though. Many cases of bronchitis - if this is indeed the diagnosis in your case - are caused by viruses. In such cases the antibiotics won't help.

If it's bacterial disease then amoxicillin is more likely to help in patients without resistant bacterias (that is patients who were not hospitalized or exposed to antibiotics recently and without significant medical history). The best thing to do is to visit your doctor and let the doctor suggest treatment options.
