Brief Answer:
No Albuterol sulfate doesn't cause this false positive test.

I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will give extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Antihistamines, decongestants, Ibuprofen, antidepressants, antibiotics, analgesics, antipsychotics and a lot more prescription drugs and non prescription nasal inhalers may definitely interfere with drug test and cause a false positive result. But we have never seen Albuterol causing a false positive result.

What to do next:-
If I was testing you and had a suspicion of having a false positive test, I must have gone for a Confirmatory test with Gas Chromatography and Thin Liquid Chromatography. So, I advise you to ask your recruiter to go for confirmation through these tests.
