Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Varicose veins.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Dilated tortuous veins in legs are called varicose veins. Varicose veins can cause swelling (edema) of feet.

You are at higher risk for developing varicose veins since you spend a lot of time standing.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for confirmation of diagnosis (specific set of investigations including Doppler ultrasound may also be required to be performed).

Meanwhile, wear compression stockings, keep your leg elevated while sitting or lying down, and try to take breaks in between standing for such long hours. Sit down or walk around whenever possible.

Hope this answers your question.
