Brief Answer:

lab test and ct abdomen

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You have lab test within normal limits for all cholesterol besides raised sgpt .

Please note that sgpt is raised in liver and gall bladder or pancreas disorders besides any infection or inflammation in body.

Now if you have any problem of gastric or bowel upset or dyspeptic symptoms I will advise serum lipase , serum amylase and serum alkaline phosphatase test besides CT scan abdomen.

Because CT scan abdomen will be a better investigation for abdominal organs as liver spleen and pancreas .Ultrasound is not good for pancreas.

If you have back pain or spine stiffness then go for spine xray ap and lateral view.

Also get urine examination and dental examination as even gum disease or dental caries cause rise in liver enzymes.

If you have any problem in you or any other investigation then please provide information in follow up question.

If all tests come normal then you may take tab liv 52 two tablets two times for a month.

And avoid herbal products , fried fast fatty foods.

Limit tea or coffee upto 2 times a day.
Decrease consumption of sweets.

Keep your BP and sugar and weight within normal limits .

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
