Brief Answer:
Most probably Herpes Zoster.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific and a clear picture.
These bumps are more likely from that of herpes Zoster, with filled in vesicles, surrounding edema and appearance of a spread in a linear way.

Lymph-edema has a very classical appearance of the skin which is lacking here.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if if you feel that there is a gap of communication or if you need to.

Brief Answer:
From Chicken pox (same virus)

Detailed Answer:
Herpes Zoster is a viral infection that affects the nerve endings.
This is mostly re-activation of the chicken pox virus that might have been lying dormant for years in the body.
This usually gets activated if the immunity of the body is reduced like by attack of flu or there may not be a specific reason for reactivation.
It is not dangerous.
This is not curable by the known allopathic knowledge.

I hope these answers your queries .
